We’re looking for a high-energy, competitive Sales Rep to join our team. If you love sports, sales, and personal development, this is your chance to make a huge impact and some serious cash.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Sell high-ticket mindset coaching programs to wrestlers, parents, and coaches.
  • Manage warm inbound leads—no cold calling!
  • Make 40-50 calls per day to follow up with prior leads and wrestling lists.
  • Follow up via phone, text, and email like a sales ninja.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, calls, and your pipeline.
  • Hit and EXCEED your monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

  • Sales Closer – You have 1+ years of experience selling high-ticket products (coaching, fitness, SaaS, education, etc.).
  • Super Competitive – You LOVE winning and HATE losing.
  • Confident Communicator – You're a pro at handling objections and building trust with parents, athletes, and coaches.
  • Wrestling/Sports Background? Even Better! – Experience in sports or coaching is a HUGE plus.
  • Driven to Earn Six Figures – You want big commissions and know that hustle = $$$.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40K/year ($3,333/month)
  • 12% Commission Per Sale (UNCAPPED = No Limits on Your Earnings!)
  • Bonuses:
    • $500 for $20K+ revenue in a month
    • $1,000 for $30K+ revenue in a month
    • $3,000 quarterly bonus for $90K+ revenue per quarter

Expected Pay (OTE):

  • $60K+ for baseline performers
  • $80K+ for top performers
  • $100K-$120K+ for ELITE closers
